Before Contacting Support

Check that you have a working internet connection, that your app is updated, and that the current event has a published schedule or live timing feed. Some features only update during active race weekends.

Companion Web Access

If you use MotoTiming on the web, include whether you are signing in from the app, opening a shared link, or using a direct web session URL. This helps us find access-code and browser issues faster.

Notifications

If session, race, result, or alert notifications are not arriving, check that notifications are enabled in both MotoTiming and your device settings before contacting support.

MotoTiming is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Dorna Sports, MotoGP, the FIM, or any official championship timing provider.
